When will you ship my order?

We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding major bank holidays.

Our cut off time for orders is 12pm daily, so any orders placed after 12 will not be processed until the following day.

Custom items will be shipped when available - please allow extra time for these products as we have to custom design and manufacture them, meaning they may not be available for a few additional days.

Where are my items shipped from?

We ship all of our items from Home Farm, Cranwich Road, Cranwich, Thetford, Norfolk, IP26 5JJ. We are about 10 miles away from Thetford.

How does Queue Jump Shipping work?

If your order is placed by 2pm, we will ensure to get your order out for delivery the same day. If it is placed after 2pm, your order will be one of the first processed the next morning, your order will be sent to our production team before any others.

Exceptions will occur with custom products, Circular Planters and Cyclones.

What if my address is wrong?

Customers are responsible for providing us with a complete correct address. You must include all relevant address information such as unit/suite numbers, business name etc.

Indoor Outdoors are not responsible for issues with delivery related to incomplete or incorrect addresses. 

We reserve the right to hold orders that we believe have incorrect address information until we are able to contact you to confirm the shipping address.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or issues with the delivery from the customer's side, we will refund the cost for the items minus the shipping cost. You can then place the order again with updated address information if you would like. Please review your address information carefully before ordering to prevent any delay or additional cost. It is up to you to select the correct service for your address. 

How are my items shipped?

All orders placed through Indoor Outdoors are shipped to you using DPD or DPD Local. For non-conveyable items such as our Concrete Rakes and for palletised items, we use APC Overnight.

These services offer full tracking capabilities for your peace of mind.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they ship out. We typically ship most orders the same business day so it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order:

How much does it cost?

We offer delivery on a 2-3 Day service at £4.95, which is free when you spend over £60.

We offer Next-Day Delivery for £6.95, which is free when you spend over £100. You can upgrade to this service for just £2 when you spend over £60 (but less than £100).

Our Queue Jump service is priced at £12.95

Are there any exclusions?

Some larger products, especially ones that do not come flat-packed, may need to be shipped on a pallet rather than in a parcel, this will be calculated at the checkout and the appropriate cost will be provided. This will be displayed on the product, and will state that a pallet delivery is required, for more information, please see this page: Pallet Delivery Items

Due to the need for bespoke manufacturing, any circular planters, "Ringolas" and custom products are subject to a 7 day maximum turnaround time due to the need for custom production - no Next-Day services are available for these.

Non-Mainland Shipping Costs

Our free delivery options only covers the UK Mainland, so there will be charges for UK Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland
