Shipping & Costs

When will you ship my order?

We ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding major bank holidays. All orders are dispatched with our couriers on a next-day service in good faith, and should be with you within 2-3 days of your order. We use UK-leading couriers including DPD and UPS.


Our cut-off time for orders is 2pm daily, so any orders placed after 2pm will not be processed until the following day.


Any orders placed between 2pm on a Thursday and 2pm on a Friday will be processed on Friday and will be with you at the earliest on the following Monday - we do not offer Saturday deliveries as standard.


Any orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will not be processed until the following Monday, so will be with you at the earliest on the following Tuesday.


Custom items will be shipped when available - please allow extra time for these products as we have to custom design and manufacture them, meaning they may not be available for a few additional days.

How much does shipping cost?

For orders being delivered to mainland UK, we offer delivery on a 2-3 Day service at £4.95, which is free when you spend over £75.

How much is non-mainland shipping?

The free delivery option only covers the UK mainland, so there are additional charges for UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. These will typically be dispatched on a 2-day service.

How are my items shipped?

All orders placed through Indoor Outdoors are shipped to you using APC, DPD Local or UPS. For palletised goods, we use APC. These services offer full tracking capabilities for your peace of mind.

Where are my items shipped from?

We ship all of our items from Mundford in Norfolk (postcode IP26 5JJ). We are about 10 miles away from Thetford. Please note that we are a production environment who only sell to the public online, we do not have a physical shop or anywhere for you to collect from at these premises.

What about pallet charges?

Some larger products, may need to be shipped on a pallet rather than in a parcel. This cost will be calculated at the checkout and the appropriate cost will be provided. This will be displayed on the product, and will state that a pallet delivery is required, for more information, please see this page:

How does Click & Collect work?

For our items that must be shipped on a pallet, to save you money, we also offer a Click & Collect service. Once you have made your purchase, we will contact you to let you know the expected timeframe for picking your goods up. 


Please note that the goods are not instantly available to pick up, they can be collected when they have been made. Once they have been made, we will contact you again to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Order Changes

What if my address is wrong?

Customers are responsible for providing us with a complete correct address. You must include all relevant address information such as unit/suite numbers, business name etc.


Indoor Outdoors are not responsible for issues with delivery related to incomplete or incorrect addresses. We cannot be held accountable for incorrect postcodes, it is the customer's duty to ensure all the shipping information is correct.


We reserve the right to hold orders that we believe have incorrect address information until we are able to contact you to confirm the shipping address.


If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or issues with the delivery from the customer's side, we will refund the cost for the items minus the shipping cost. You can then place the order again with updated address information if you would like. Please review your address information carefully before ordering to prevent any delay or additional cost. It is up to you to select the correct service for your address.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they ship out. We typically ship most orders the same business day so it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.

Can I add items to my order?

If you require additional items once you have completed your purchase, we will cancel your order and allow you to place it again with all the additional items you require. This is to ensure our systems run smoothly and there is no chance of duplicate orders or missing items.
