Looking to make tasty Smashburgers using your grill at home? These Stainless Steel tools from the Volcann SMASHA collection make cooking and serving Smashburgers a breeze. The set includes a Stainless Steel Burger Press and Burger Flipper.

The Stainless Steel Burger Press allows you to press burgers down to ensure a flat and even patty which cooks quickly and sears evenly without sticking. It can also be used to press juices and grease from meats to assist with healthier eating. The strong and durable build allows you to exert force without fear of damage.

The Stainless Steel Burger Flipper allows you to flip burgers and other meats whilst cooking and also offers easy options for serving up meats, veggies and toppings. the large reinforced handle allows for easy gripping and easy manoeuvring.

Both tools are made from Stainless Steel allowing them to easily be cleaned using a dishwasher or by hand. Both will remain rust-free forever ensuring they are safe for use with food.

What is a Smash Burger?

The idea behind a Smashburger is that instead of letting a big, thick burger sit on the grill to cook, you add the burger meat to a sizzling hot grilltop and smash it down with a burger press as it cooks for the first few seconds. The combination of high heat and heavy pressure helps to create a crispy and well-browned burger that cooks extremely fast.

After cooking for 90 seconds or so, you should add some cheese and cook it for another 2 minutes before serving it in a crispy brioche bun.

The end result is a delicious caramelised flavour and a juicy burger. The Volcann SMASHA is designed to get you these results with ease.
