These heavy duty coach screws are ideal for timber-to-timber applications, securing ironmongery to wood, or for fixing into masonry when used with nylon wall plugs. With a traditional hex head design, these screws provide a strong and reliable hold, making them perfect for demanding structural jobs.

Each box contains 100 zinc-plated coach screws. The 8.0 x 70mm size offers a secure grip in most timber structures, including hardwoods where a pilot hole may be needed. These screws are especially recommended for use with our Framola Pergola Construction System – the bracket holes are sized to perfectly suit this screw diameter and head profile.

The hexagonal head requires a 13mm driver bit or socket for installation, making these screws simple to use with standard cordless drills or impact drivers.
