If you are looking to install an IP66 Outdoor-Rated Power Socket in your garden and need a way to keep it off the ground on a stake, our Socket Plug Installation Stake is just what you need. It ensures you can easily mount a plug, off the ground for plugging in security lighting, water features, power tools and even lawn mowers.

Simply screws a piece of wood, plastic or metal to the stake. Then drive the stake into the ground, using a rubber mallet or a hammer with sacrificial wood, to get a firm ground installation. Make sure you have checked the ground for power cables first. Now you can install the outdoor plug socket onto the piece of wood and stake and you will have successfully mounted an outdoor plug safely off the ground.
