Organic Coconut Flour is a soft flour made from dried coconut meat. When coconut milk is squeezed from coconut flesh, this flesh is then dried at a low temperature and ground into a flour which is suitable for baking.

Storage Instructions: Keep in an air tight sealed container in a cool, dark and dry location. Can be refrigerated or frozen (in an air tight container) to extend the shelf life
