MegaMaxx PRO 600mm x 400mm Bale Arm Crate Storage Trolley Shelving Unit (Side-by-Side Version)
This 4-Tier Storage Trolley from MegaMaxx's PRO range is a great fit for anyone using 600x400mm Bale Arm Crates for storage. These boxes are perfect for transporting goods in a warehouse, a great choice for moving material and product around a factory. But finding the right racking for them proved difficult. We designed these mobile trolley shelving units specifically for storing 600x400mm Bale Arm Crates.
The trolley is super-easy to transport and move around. Each trolley comes with 4 castor wheels at the bottom, one of which features a foot brake. Move the trolley seamlessly between departments and areas and then stick the brake on when it needs to remain stationary.
The 4 tiers of the crate trolley shelving unit allows for plenty of storage as well as ample room for separating items. We use them in our own factory for inventory management and 2-Bin Systems. Once one box has been used, you move onto the next box on that tier, and get the first one refilled and restocked. This version of the product will enable you to see all 8 boxes at once, with 2 on each of the 4 shelves. You can pick from both locations on each shelf at the same time, making it suitable for holding up to 8 types of product or item at any one time.
The crate trolley shelving unit and the wheels are rated for up to 500kg, meaning you can transport a lot of items without the trolley struggling. The front has a lip to stop the crates from slipping out, making it safe to use. At the back there is no lip to allow you to insert new crates easily, just sliding into place comfortably. The shelves are sloped to make accessing and removing products and crates as simple as possible.
Made from heavy-duty British Steel, this crate trolley is designed to last. It is durable and hard-wearing, and able to stand up to the rough and tumble of factory life. Each trolley comes with a durable powder-coated finish. This not only gives it an appealing look, but also adds a hard-wearing outer to the trolley. It is available in 8 colours, so a perfect choice if you are looking to colour-coordinate your working area. You can also select our custom colour option for full control of your racking's appearance.
