Framola Angled Rafter Brackets - For Downwards Slopes (90 Options Available)

For installing joists at an angle. This bracket is designed to work at the higher end.

If you are looking to install rafters at angles other than 90°, you may struggle to find the right brackets, but not anymore. The Framola team have designed 90 different rafter brackets to allow you to choose from 5 key sizes of wood, at 9 distinct angles between 5° and 45°, in a choice of Textured Black or Bare Galvanised Steel finishes.

These brackets allow you to install rafters on slanted or sloped roof structures. The brackets can be installed easily by fixing the 3-6 holes on the back to the upright timber, and then the 4-5 holes on the sides can be used to install the rafter cleanly to the bracket. We recommend our SleeperFit Black Railway Sleeper Screws for the back, and the Twin Threaded Timber Wood Screws for securing the sides.

These brackets easily enable you to build roof structures at less traditional angles than a standard 90° flat roof.

Key features:

  • Manufactured using a solid piece of folded 2mm Galvanized Steel means that this little bracket is extra strong and is designed to last.
  • The screw holes within the rafter bracket are staggered to ensure that the screws will not collide within the timber.
  • Finished in our Textured Black powder coat, the bracket is not only strong but also has a premium quality look and feel that matches our Framola range perfectly. Choose from Galvanised, Fir Green, Anthracite Grey or a custom colour.
  • The Galvanised steel will ensure excellent resistance to corrosion when used outside in Pergola structures.
  • Manufactured in the United Kingdom using heavy duty British Steel.

Ordering Notes:

  • When ordering the correct angle, the first angle on each option shows the angle from the timber rafter and the base of the bracket, whilst the second angle is the angle from the timber upright and the back of the bracket. Please see images for more description.
  • We have carefully selected 5 popular sizes of wood, should you need custom work, please get in touch with us.
  • As these brackets are made to order due to the sheer number of varieties, please allow additional time for shipping.

Buying Pairs:

  • Each bracket is supplied singly, to receive the "mate" bracket to work at the other end of the rafter, please see this listing
  • To buy the correct pairs, the first angles on the option should match , and the second angles should add up to 180°.
