The Buzzard UK Re-Usable Concrete Base Form Mould gives you a simple way to produce solid concrete forms and cubes on site. With five sizes to choose from – 200mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm or 600mm – there’s an option to suit every job.

Each kit includes four powder-coated steel panels that bolt together to form a square mould. Once in place, just fill with concrete and let it set. When dry, unbolt the panels or slide the mould away – leaving behind a crisp-edged, reliable base or cube. Once set, you can drill into the concrete to add additional plates, fixings or make modifications to the pad.

These moulds are ideal for foundation blocks, fence post bases, concrete cube tests, or structural pads. They can also be used in uneven ground or shallow holes – the base form allows concrete to flow and settle while maintaining a neat, level shape at the top.

Built from strong British steel and finished in a tough blue powder-coat, these shuttering moulds are easy to clean, rust-resistant and designed for re-use across multiple jobs.

These concrete cube moulds are ideal for creating pre-cast concrete base footings, including:

• Shipping container bases – These moulds are strong enough to create solid footings to support the weight of shipping containers. By casting neat, level concrete pads, you can provide stable points of contact that prevent movement and help spread the load evenly.
• Signage and sign posts – Whether you’re installing road signage, commercial signs or wayfinding posts, a cube base ensures that each post sits securely in the ground. The moulds allow for repeatable, consistent bases, even if the posts vary in size or location.
