Build your own concrete formwork shutters with these Adjustable Concrete Formwork Brackets. Fast. Accurate. Solid.

We got fed up with V-style clamps shifting every time the stake hit a stone or went in on an angle. It throws the whole shutter out and wastes time. This bracket fixes that.

Even if the pin goes in slightly off-angle, the bracket still lets you set your shutter square, level, and in position. No more fighting twisted or leaning boards. Just line it up and lock it off.

Key Features:

• Works with 150mm and 200mm (6 inch and 8 inch) timber.
• Each Adjustable Formwork Bracket comes with a 20mm galvanised pin
• Fixes to timber using the three rear holes, we recommend these 37mm timber screws for the job
• Use one bracket roughly every metre – four per 4.8 metre board (one near each end, two in the middle)

Setup:

• Run a string line
• Drive in the pin
• Adjust the shutter front and back to line it up
• Lock it tight using a 13mm impact gun

Before pouring:

• Spray your shutters and brackets with form release oil or similar.

After pouring:

• Rinse off with a bucket and brush to keep them clean and ready for the next job.
